Helen Gibbs is an accomplished Recruitment Practitioner who has worked in the local and national recruitment markets in New Zealand for more than 20 years.
Her recruitment track record includes substantial depth across a wide range of disciplines and industry sectors such as Accounting, Banking and Finance, Communications, Sales and Marketing, Customer Service, Human Resources, Insurance, IT, Legal and Logistics. Helen’s experience spans a variety of key responsibilities from recruitment consulting to Branch General Management and National Recruitment Management, including candidate care, service delivery and staff training.
Helen has over 12 years senior management experience within Permanent, Temporary, and Contract recruitment.
Helen places a great emphasis on making the recruitment experience an enjoyable one for her candidates and clients. When she set up her own recruitment business it was with the excitement that she was returning once again to the frontline, to manage first hand her clients and candidates, providing a very professional, approachable and supportive service. Her objective is to recruit for and work with companies that she admires and would want to work for herself. This ensures that when she is assisting candidates with their career aspirations she has absolute confidence that their dreams will be fulfilled.
